Welcome to "Instagram Influencer Analytics Assistant" (hereinafter referred to as "this Extension"). This extension is developed and operated by PathOfNow (hereinafter referred to as "we"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy is intended to explain how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

1. Data Collection & Usage

To provide influencer analytics and data aggregation services, this Extension only collects and processes data necessary for functionality upon your explicit action:

Personal Identification Information: When you sign in using your Google account, we obtain your public Profile information (such as Google User ID, Email) via chrome.identity. This information is strictly used for identity authentication, user license verification, and account identification. We never access or store your Google password.
Website Content & Instagram Public Data: When you actively click the "Start Analysis" button on Instagram, the Extension executes authorized operations on your client side:
- Automatically smooth-scrolls the current page to read and collect publicly displayed influencer profile links.
- Navigates to corresponding public influencer profile pages based on your selected list to parse publicly displayed data (e.g., public follower count, bio, similar recommendations) and public API response data (e.g., engagement rate data returned by /graphql/query).
This data comes entirely from publicly accessible content on Instagram pages and is used solely to generate aggregated analytical reports and exportable spreadsheets. The Extension will never read your Instagram password, private DMs, or any non-public private data.
Local Storage: This Extension uses chrome.storage.local to temporarily store login status, current analysis progress, and configuration rules locally in your browser. This data resides entirely on your local device.

2. User Control & Automation Notice

Fully Transparent & Controllable Automation:

User-Initiated Trigger: All page scrolling, link extraction, and automatic profile navigation parsing are strictly initiated ONLY after the user manually clicks the "Start Analysis" button. The extension will never run silently in the background or scrape data without authorization.
Real-Time Awareness & Interruption: The sidebar interface displays a real-time progress dashboard (e.g., "Analyzing 3/20..."). Users can click the "Stop Analysis" button at any time to immediately terminate all automated navigation and data parsing requests (the first click stops collection, and the second click stops analysis).

3. Data Non-Sharing & Non-Resale Statement (Google User Data Compliance)

We strictly pledge:

We NEVER use any user data obtained through Google OAuth (such as email, identity identifiers) for advertising targeting, user profile reselling, or any commercial purpose unrelated to the core function of the extension.
We NEVER sell, rent, or transfer your personal information or collected public analysis data to any third party.
Data is processed internally only to complete the "Influencer Analysis" task initiated by you and to verify service authorization.

4. Permissions Justification

storage: Used to save local configurations, login tokens, and analysis progress, preventing state loss upon browser restarts.
identity: Strictly used to initiate the official Google OAuth sign-in flow for account authentication.
alarms: Used to handle periodic background tasks and sync task status to prevent unexpected session timeouts.
sidePanel: Used to display the primary operational UI, real-time analytics dashboard, and insights within the Chrome sidebar.
host_permissions (https://www.instagram.com/*): Required for chrome.tabs.query and chrome.tabs.onUpdated to listen for tab loading completion (status === 'complete') and inspect active tab URLs (e.g., /username/, /reels/, /tagged/) for pre-analysis page validity checks. Without this permission, Chrome redacts tab.url as undefined, causing page validation to fail. All non-Instagram tabs and browsing history remain completely unread and untouched.
host_permissions (https://pathofnow.cn/*): Required to connect to our backend API server to validate user Google authentication tokens, retrieve authorization status, and fetch up-to-date analysis configuration rules.

5. Data Security

We employ industry-standard encrypted transmission protocols (HTTPS/SSL) when transmitting data to our backend servers (pathofnow.cn). We implement strict security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion

You reserve the right to manage or delete your data at any time:

You can click the "Stop" button on the interface at any time to interrupt any ongoing automatic parsing tasks.
You can uninstall this extension at any time via the Chrome Extension Management page. Upon uninstallation, all data stored locally by the extension will be automatically deleted.
To delete account records saved on our server, please contact us via email (451261884@qq.com).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time based on business developments or regulatory requirements. Any revisions will be posted on this page. Continued use of the extension after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

- 依据您选择的分析列表，依次跳转导航至对应的公开红人主页，解析公开展示的数据（如公开粉丝数、个人简介、相似推荐等）和相关公开 API 响应数据（如 /graphql/query 返回的互动率数据）。
这些数据完全来自于 Instagram 页面公开展示的内容，用于生成聚合分析报表与导出表格。本插件绝对不会读取您的 Instagram 密码、个人私信或任何非公开隐私。
本地存储数据（Local Storage）： 本插件使用 chrome.storage.local 在您的本地浏览器中暂存登录状态、当前分析进度及配置规则。这些数据存储在您的本机设备中。

2. 用户控制与自动化机制说明 (User Control & Automation Notice)

完全透明与可控的自动化流程：

用户主动触发： 所有页面滚动、链接提取和红人主页自动跳转解析过程，均完全由用户主动点击“开始分析”按钮后才会启动。插件绝不会在后台静默运行或在未经授权时自动抓取。
实时感知与随时中断： 插件侧边栏界面会实时展示当前分析进度仪表盘（如“正在分析 3/20...”）。用户可随时点击界面上的 “停止分析” 按钮，立即终止所有自动化导航与数据解析请求(第一次点击停止按钮表示停止收集，第二次点击停止按钮表示停止分析)。

3. 数据不共享与不转售声明（Google 用户数据合规）

我们郑重承诺：

我们绝不将通过 Google OAuth 获得的任何用户数据（如邮箱、身份标识）用于广告投放、用户画像转售或任何与插件核心功能无关的商业目的。
我们绝不出售、出租或转让您的个人信息及收集的公开分析数据给任何第三方。
数据仅在完成您发起的“红人分析”任务以及验证服务授权时进行内部处理。

4. 权限使用说明 (Permissions Justification)

storage：用于在本地保存配置、登录 Token 和分析进度，避免浏览器重启后丢失状态。
identity：仅用于启动 Google 官方 OAuth 登录流程以完成用户身份验证。
alarms：用于定期处理后台任务并同步分析状态，防止浏览器掉线或会话超时。
sidePanel：用于在 Chrome 侧边栏展示核心操作界面、实时数据仪表盘与分析结果。
host_permissions (https://www.instagram.com/*)：必须用于通过 chrome.tabs.query 及 chrome.tabs.onUpdated 监听活动标签页的加载完成状态（status === 'complete'）并读取当前 URL（如 /username/、/reels/、/tagged/），以进行启动分析前的前置页面合法性校验。如无此权限，Chrome 会将 tab.url 静默擦除为 undefined 导致检测失败。绝不读取或触碰任何非 Instagram 标签页及浏览历史。
host_permissions (https://pathofnow.cn/*)：用于连接我们的后端 API 服务器，以验证用户 Google 身份 Token、检索授权状态并获取最新的分析配置规则。

5. 数据安全性

我们采用行业标准的加密传输协议（HTTPS/SSL）将数据传输至我们的后端服务器（pathofnow.cn）。我们实施严格的安全防范措施，防止您的个人数据遭受未经授权的访问、泄露或篡改。

6. 用户权利与数据注销

您有权随时管理或删除您的数据：

您可以随时点击界面上的“停止按钮”中断任何正在进行的自动解析任务。
您可以在 Chrome 浏览器的扩展程序管理页面随时卸载本插件。卸载后，插件本地存储的所有数据将被自动删除。
